The HERO CRM tool, developed by Mobilise, is a customizable solution designed to meet the specific needs of various industries, particularly telecom clients. The project aimed to address the limitations of existing CRM systems by providing enhanced flexibility and functionality to support complex business requirements. Off-the-shelf solutions were inadequate, lacking the necessary features and customization options.

HERO CRM was developed to streamline client management processes and internal operations, offering a user-friendly interface and comprehensive tools to improve overall client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

HERO CRM was developed from scratch to meet the unique needs of Mobilise's clients, providing a comprehensive platform for managing customer relationships, VOIP and eSIM number management, product management, and generating detailed reports.

Without a prior platform to build upon, the project required an innovative and user-centric design approach. Collaborating closely with the Head of Products and the development team, I gathered detailed requirements and conducted extensive brainstorming sessions. We created wireframes and iterative prototypes to ensure that the final product was intuitive, functional, and aligned with our clients' needs.

The result is a robust CRM platform that streamlines various client processes, enhances user experience, and showcases Mobilise's commitment to technological innovation and excellence.
